We aim to keep the reservation process simple and easy, whether you want to host a business meeting, birthday party, bridal shower, church gathering, family reunion, wedding, or another group gathering.

Sign Rental Agreement
Download and complete the rental agreement and pay the required amount (detailed below) to secure your facility’s reservation.
Confirm Your Reservation
After we’ve received your rental agreement, we will confirm the date and facility so you can start planning your event.

Between the fields, orchards, trails, and forests of Pine Hill’s 186 acres, there’s ample space for weddings and other large gatherings in the beautiful Sauers Century Barn.

Escape, retreat, and enjoy the great outdoors all year round, with access to both indoor and outdoor amenities, at the Fire Company Nature Cabin.

Cabin amenities include WiFi, 50-inch TV, wood stove, ADA compliant restroom, A/C, heat, ceiling fans, and a kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cabinets, and counter space. 8 – 8ft tables and 50 indoor chairs.

Community Room Facility includes WiFi, 70-inch TV, indoor restrooms, A/C, heat, electricity, and kitchen equipped with a small sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and counters and cabinets, and 12 – 5′ x 2′ tables and 48 indoor chairs.
